I'm not very familiar with the registry editing, but a short glance at it gives following information on cmd.exe. How do I find out which programs need and launch the cmd.exe at startup? I wonder if the cmd.exe should be started at all when booting. I did a large search in the internet to find a solution for this issue but did not find much help.
